it isnt just the looks.
i like what pine has talked about.
he didnt try for an imitation of shatner but went more toward the essence of how he played kirk.
i see a lot of that in the spock, kirk, scotty scene.
the whole way he played that scene including the your the genius you figure it out.

Great stuff...as always it seems. 
Yeah, I've reached the point where I don't see Pine...he's Kirk.
I still can't see it. And i'm sincerely trying very hard. I totally see Spock, but that's becuase of the ears and hair style. I can see Kirk in Pine if only a little, but in McCoy and Scotty it's non existent for me.
