new south park

3.5 / 4 Certainly better than anything that was in the last batch of episodes, which were frightfully disappointing. And this is coming from someone who LIKED Indy 4 :p It's so ironic because earlier that night I watched "Free Hat" which is about the kids preventing Speilberg and Lucas from altering "Raiders" and I had no clue they would be doing Indy in that night's episode!

Didn't the ads says something about Russia invading though? Did they change their minds at the last minute yet again or something?

I have to admit, I almost died laughing at GL's orgasm face. It's going to be a long time before I can get that Indy visual out of my head.

I really can't imagine Lucas and Spielberg rolling with the punches on this one.

If I recall from the SP commentaries, when Speilberg would be filming a movie he would watch South Park endlessly on tape to cheer him up at night, I believe when making Munich or something.

And according to Matt n Trey, the "Free Hat" episode did in fact convince Speilberg not to "update" Raiders like he did with ET.

Besides, isn't Lucas more to blame for Indy 4 than Speilberg? It would have been nicer if Speilberg just held Indy down instead of directly participating himself :p

I hope future South Park episodes are better than this one, I didn't think it was very funny, just a little disturbing. The only funny thing durning the entire show was Butters shooting people in the dick .

I only saw the Indiana Jones rape scenes, but they were funny as hell. The stormtrooper bit was pretty outrageous.

So anyone watch the latest ep "The Breast Cancer Show Ever!" ?

Just watched it myself. It was hardly the funniest or most memorable episode ever, but moderatly entertaining.
The fight at the end was pretty funny

I thought last night's episode was a solid good. I'm glad they didn't make fun of breast cancer though (particularly since my GF's mom just got it). This is much better than the last batch of episodes in the spring.

It's funny to see how Cartman is sometimes a bully and sometimes a coward. In "Cartoon Wars" he engaged in an epic fight with Kyle, yet in most previous episodes someone would hit him a single time and he would start crying for mommy. And he was happy to fight the midget counselor in an earlier episode. Yet he fears a girl here?

I enjoyed this episode more than last weeks. Cartman and the underpants was funny, as was crapping on the desk. Kinda wish the fight didn't end up so heavy handed though. Might have been interesting if Cartman had won.
