^^^ Very sad but true. Lion-O will be played by Shia Labeouf.

I wonder if the makers of this movie hear the throngs of people approaching with torches and pitch forks?!

^ Probably not. And those movie execs, writers and the director (who made a mess out of Scooby Doo but redeemed himself with the second) need to realize something here. The Smurfs are a cultural phenomenon all over the world, not just in the US. If they screw this up they are going to have A LOT of pissed off Smurf fans on their hands. We may be a cheery lot but we will get smurfy on some asses if we need too.

If they make a Thunder Cats movie, it will be based in L.A. Mumrah will be a filthy rich Hollywood exec, while Lion-O and others try to get roles for a primetime courtroom drama on TNT.

Actually I believe any live-action version of ThunderCats will probably look like this.
