The second half of the season hopefully will be better than the first and I'm glad that we don't have to wait until Feb for Smallville to return and Absolute Justice has the potential to be Smallville's best yet.

I hope it is better. I still think they should bring back Lex Luthor toward the end of the season...if MR doesn't want to do it, then recast Lex...I'd be ok with it. I am sure they(writers) can explain it away.

Better yet, the SMALLVILLE version of Bart, when we first met him, had a fake ID with Jay's name on it.

(He also had two others with the names Wally West and Barry Allen on them.)

I would like to see Lex return just to see him take back Luthor Corp and then officaially launch LexCorp again.

More likely, whatever form he returns in (Rosenbaum or otherwise), Luthorcorp will have been fully folded into Queen Industries, and Lex will then launch LexCorp so's to avoid any problems with using the "Luthorcorp" name. (How he'll do that since Luthorcorp absorbed LexCorp not long after Lex created it, well...maybe he'll buy the one name but not the other?)

If you haven't seen it, find a copy of the AQUAMAN pilot, and look at the guy playing the government agent. It was obvious he'd have a very "Luthor" role in Aquaman's life (always trying to uncover the truth), and the guy looks VERY much like Rosenbaum, especially around the eyes.

Shave his head, and I think he might be able to do Lex and be accepted in the role by existing fans.

I wouldn't be surprised if he's the actor they've had playing Lex with the medical equipment hooked up to him (when you couuld only see part of his face), or the Lex that Oliver saw in his own reflection more recently.

I can't wait either,the trailer looks good,and Zod cannot be trusted because he wants to remake Earth into New Kandor/Krypton complete with Red sun to take away Clark/Kal-El's powers. Also wants to rule over us mortals.

I believe that guy is Rick Peters, he played Bob Rickman in season 1 of Smallville...He is like 43 or so. I think he could work...I think it is a different actor though doing the Lex in the breathing gear. I could care less if MR is playing Lex personally.
