It's funny, even the novel The Enterprise War tried to avoid addressing Colt's transformation into an alien and just left a vague reference to her having "changed a great deal" since the Talos mission.
Pretty sad when episodes like "Precious Cargo" (ENT) look like masterpieces when compared to what they are doing with Trek right now. The people who made this "short" should be ashamed of this.
Since when did the Enterprise have the rollercoasters installed? Those things are so ridiculous. There should not be that much open space on the Enterprise. It was okay but I couldn’t help but think this would have been a better Orville short episode with Mercer stuck in a lift with Dann.
I thought the red reptile alien was great. But goddamn, they shouldn't have made her Yeoman Colt! I know her role was small in "the cage". But if you're pretending to be the same universe - just introduce a new character, and have Colt disappear in the background! Or she's a shape-shifting alien. That'd also be fine.

Because this likely won't arrive in England for months, I'm super curious about the massive turboshaft space mentioned earlier. Are we talking Discovery Turbolift Funhouse™ v2.0? Star Trek V? I must know!
Nah it shows you can copy and paste the lyrics of a song used in the episode. A tidbit that could come from people talking about the episode. So still vague and uninformative.
Actually Giacchino is credited as the Supervising Composer of the short. The actual music was credited to a composer named Nami Melumad.
sure that could have been the case, but the hint was that I saw the episode.. is it that hard to figure out what I hinted
