New Picard Clip

It's a lot easier to see the Grey on Data's outfit now. It's probably FC style like some people have guessed.

There's also a shuttle that doesn't appear to be a DSC reuse, but it's hard to tell

I don't want to see too many trailers.

I feel as I'm seeing the whole show before it even airs. :shifty:

I saw the trailer from July and the NYCC trailer. For me, that's enough.

7 of 9 dual wielding looks a bit embarrassing, it isn't 99 anymore. But otherwise pretty good.

She's come a LONG way from the catsuit and heels. :techman:

Hugh’s left eye is a different colour from his right. Maybe he needed to get a transplant because of the Borg implant?

There's probably over 10 hours of footage in the first season. A couple 1-2 minute trailers that recycle footage aren't going to ruin anything for you.

Apparently they want to control exactly how and when the show is marketed in different, uh, markets internationally.

Kor
Which is stupid because everyone usually uses the same trailers anyway just with different logos.
They don't want to step on the toes of whoever owns the distribution rights in your country (In this case, Amazon). It's a legal thing.
CBS All Access shows are the only shows that do this though. I remember BBC used to do it a decade ago, but they've long since stopped.

It usually only last for a couple of days though, till someone releases an unlocked version.

That's not true. Geolocking happens all the time with every type of source (TV, internet, etc...).
I don't know, in the past fifteen years, or however long YouTube's been around, the only time I've seen trailers geolocked are for BBC shows a decade ago (a practice stopped after 2010) and now with CBS All Access.

It's an affont and a form of discrimination from CBS imho, to exclude a lot of fans and potential viewers from the opportunity to see trailers and stuff :barf:

By the way, Netflix at least in Germany still doesn't have the trailer for Season 3 of Discovery on it's site :censored:

At least Amazon was fair enough to give us a localized trailer for Picard and the original version on Youtube.
