Swweeettt! Hopefully they'll include what they don't use in the extras.
My excitement for DSC and the doc are about the same, with the edge going to DSC. The more I read about DSC, the more interested I am. The Orville I'll try to catch if I can, but I could take it or leave it.So I am curious. Is everyone looking forward more to this than even "Discovery" and "Orvillle" or the Khan project? I got to admit I am just a little. This could basically be our last connection the old days of Trek, Between this and the TNG documentary I think they might be good ways of saying goodbye to that era of Trek, Now we just need 2 for Voyager and Enterprise.

The documentary has some unique stuff; you'll not have seen everything.
Also at 90 minutes the documentary could be sold to TV stations to air in a 2-hour time slot (the FCC allows for 15 minutes per hour for commercials, so in a 2-hour slot a station could air 30-minutes of commercials).I can see why Behr would choose to limit it to 90 minutes: Present only the the best of the best of the interviews, or as he said specifically, "identify the salient moments that work the best." Not necessarily everything they recorded is going to be gold. That being said, I don't think it should be forced into an artificial 90-minute limit, but instead it should go with what naturally flows. I would prefer the documentary to be longer, but if roughly 90 minutes of interviews is what Behr thinks is best, then I'm all for it.
My shirts and pin came this week. Quite happy with them. The fit is great.Mine are still MIA. But it's probably an international shipping thing.
I'm a Niner through and through, but I must say as much as I'm eagerly awaiting to see this documentary, it just doesn't compare to the curiosity, excitement and anticipation I feel for Discovery. It's new Star Trek on television (more or less)! We've been waiting forever for this.So I am curious. As for The Orville, as others have said, I will try to sample the first episode, because the trailer looked cool. But I'm not sure the humor is for me, so I don't think it will click with me.
And what “Khan project”? Other than some wild fannish theories there's nothing concrete about any “Khan project”.
No, I'm afraid nothing of the sort has been in any way “confirmed”.I think Meyer has confirmed that he is working on something to do with Khan. I think it's going to be set on his time on Ceti Alpha 5. I should have listed a 4th Kelvin Universe movie as well as something people might be excited for.

I'm very happy about the documentary, but it won't get DS9 in HD.So I am curious. Is everyone looking forward more to this than even "Discovery" and "Orvillle" or the Khan project?
