Looks like J.J. took the boys out for a night on the town. I must say, Urban looks fantastic with the sideburns. Really starting to look like McCoy now.

Yeah, Urban is looking more like McCoy.

But I had to do a double-take on Quinto. He looks so much like a young Nimoy already. I thought it WAS a Nimoy pic from the 60's with his glasses on! That freaked me out.

With the pictures of Quinto and Pine side by side, I realized Kirk will now be taller than Spock.

That will take some getting used to.

Otherwise, agreed, these look good.

I noticed that too. Perhaps they'll minimize it by having Zach wear lifts. He should be at least equal in physical stature to Kirk just as a matter of aesthetics.

Is Pine going to wear contact lenses to make his eyes brown? The brown hair and light blue eyes looks a bit weird. Nice to see they all have their little pointy side burns.

I do not really care for the Anton Yelchin as Chekov either.

Me neither. I hope his looks will work better on the sets with a Starfleet uniform.

There's definitely something of Jeffrey Hunter in Bruce Greenwood. And Urban makes me really exiting about the way he looks now, his hairdo is very McCoy-ish and he looks about the right physical age at those pictures.

I dunno about eye color, but Pine's light brown hair is more similar to Shatner's during TOS than the dark brunette shade that he'd adopted by the time of TMP.

They're all looking good, especially Urban. He's facial structure is similar to De Kelly's face.

I've always had the feeling that Urban is going to nail the McCoy part and come out as a real fan favorite. This is based on nothing more than my gut (thank you, Stephen Colbert). I expect he'll make the part his own, but still ground it in the "Bones" we know and love. (Pun intended, of course.)

Oh and I forgot Chris Hemsworth is in this. Let's hope he doesn't mumbe his way through his lines like he did on "Home and Away". Seriously, the guy CANNOT ACT for peanuts, which makes me wonder is JJ Abrams gay? Cuz trust me, that's THE ONLY WAY Hemsworth got a gig.

It's eerie, I would have never pegged Urban in a million years for McCoy, but damn if he doesn't look the part.

Well, come on - somebody hurry up and Photoshop all these images into scenes from the Original Series, uniforms and all. Extreme pixelization is a must - ten points extra credit if anyone's face is floating askew under their hair!
