Alexander, the humorous part of this is that Shameless normally reserves his "Hello" type comments for members of his own gender. For him to say it to you... you have made an impression. :)

This is probably the wrong message board to post these pics on, but I figured I'd share anyways. My New years eve was spent watching the Grind Time Battle of Los Angeles rap battles. Pretty dope turn out, some photos of the battles:

Looks awesome and looks like you had fun!

...what's going on?

lol, thanks, JonathanWally. Valid point; we are a bit younger than most of the forum. But not quite Jr. Highers ;)

Yeah...it seems that most other members around here are at least college age. Alas...I'll be out of high school soon enough.

A few pictures from my New Year.

Cheap and cheerful cava as midnight approaches

Devon on a bracing New Year's Day

I love the light on the cottages

The pub where we had lunch on New Year's day. It had a roaring log fire and mulled wine, just what we needed after a walk across frosty Dartmoor.

Well quite a few of us are even older than that. :bolian: At twenty-five, you just turn into this husk and spend the rest of your days in a darkened room, eating bran flakes and dodging calls from the Grim Reaper. If you need us, just follow the scent of prunes and denture cream.

I disagree... I'm two months short of 21 and I'm already there. All you new young ones: Run. Run while you still have a chance- 20 is the new 80, and you won't like it! :(

Ah, so that's what I have to look forward to in March. Thanks, AS. :)

^ :rommie:

Seriously though, I will be 35 in less than a week and I don't feel a day over 16. I am still just the same kooky toy-loving spontaneous nut-job I was then... except I have a real job and responsible.

Here's Eddie in his new bed, a belated Christmas present from his grandma. He has adopted that Beanie Baby moose!

He's starting to enjoy being a housecat, and getting used to being my only cat, though he still misses Kira. :(

Amen! 35 is three months away for me. I feel like I missed my twenties, so I'm doing a lot of the things I never did then.

I missed my twenties too... but for other reasons. :rommie: There were several bars in my hometown that went out of business when I moved away.

Going through some old pics, I just found this awesome one of a little version of me watching an awesome TV show. :)

Enjoy the sheer 80's-ness of it all.
