^Those are my Mom's plates which were inherited from my Grandmother too!

I just looked that pattern up- it's Johnson Brothers' Wild Turkey. My sister's pattern is Tally Ho, but she also has a few other pieces by Johnson that have a similar border to Wild Turkey. Neither is made anymore. :(

*clears throat* How you doin'? ;)

six hours. you're slowing down, mcbundy!

My three girls and I went and sat for a photo today. The proofs came in the email. I'm sure you can figure out which one is T'Bonz. ;) (Note: I've undergone a hair color change.)

Incidentally, I can also do an impersonation of David Tennant. ;)

Nice photo - you're looking good, and so are your girls :)

MLB's tears notwithstanding, that colour looks good on you :techman:

Your daughter in the blue isn't bad looking at all. Her hair color isn't quite right, in my view. Maybe something along the lines of the one in white, but darker and with some blond highlights. And cut it about two three inches below the shoulder.

Everyone looks lovely!

I posted some pictures of our new kitty in my other thread, but I thought I'd post an updated one here. My mother-in-law brought some handmade cat toys over and Comet immediately went nuts and, well, got a bit tangled up.

Ok, so today I was at a christmas party with my Dad's side of the family, and they broke out some old pictures... among them was this picture I found from 15 years ago... December of 1994, I was 5 years old, and there I am holding one of my presents...

Hey, Paul Mitchell, maybe a bit less creepiness?

How rude.

T'Bonz family all look very happy and remarkably alike. Cute pic!

First, that's a lovely picture. And it's wonderful to have a clear image in my mind what you actually look like (IRL.)

Second ... I have a feeling the clock is ticking until someone does a photoshop job on that picture to make you look more like your usual avatars. ;)

VICTORY!!!!! I finally defeated the Orochon spicy ramen challenge in only 18 minutes! (as seen on Man V Food)

Short & sweet:
Take off the Easily Offended PC Helmet when entering the Internet. It seems anyone who puts that on instantly ignores reality.

1. Commenting on the Internet is like commenting in real life, only via electronic means. Comments about how nice someone looks, and how you feel he/she could look better, would be acceaptable in any average social setting offline (unless done so insultingly).

2. Any friends and family I have, take opinions from outside sources like other people, and even magazines, for dress and hair. Again, the Internet doesn't change reality.

3. You post personal photos like that (especially considering probably none of the family in those photos even know it was posted on a public messege board), you open yourself up to comments, both positive and megative, or even of a neutral nature.

And 4. I think T/Bonz knows better than you.

Oh, and they do all look particularly happy. Especially considering one of them has to be in hcarge of this place :p

^Pretty sure it reads "creepy". No one asked for your opinion on how a poster's young daughter could "improve her looks".
