Does anyone remember the special edition of NSNA that some fan cooked up a few years ago? IIRC, he edited in the gunbarrel sequence and improved the score (replacing the theme song with a Shirley Bassey number).

Anyone ever see it or know where a copy can be obtained?

I don't know about the Special Edition but did you ever hear the original title song? It was replaced before the movie came out.

No I have not. I try to avoid NSNA and the two old Casino Royale movies.

The original title song sung by Phyllis Hyman would have been so much better for this film.

Man, it's been over 25 years, but I clearly remember seeing this film in the theaters with my parents and my younger sister a few days before my 8th birthday in 1983.

Are you talking about the neversaymcloryagain web site...yeah i see its down, i was lucky enough last year to get in touch with the website and they sent me a copy of the re-dubbed movie with all the bond music on it for a small donation, and it really does becomes a bond movie with the addition of the bond music.
