Great show, i love Dr.Smith.
At some point she's probably gonna boil a bunny.
At some point she's probably gonna boil a bunny.
We already have one in the White House. I think that's enough.I hope we see "Carrot-Man" in season 2!![]()

She'll boil Debbie
Or Will.
I love movie robot. He has a special place in my heart.
He also looks like he means business but I like the new one too.
BTW is your's the Trendmasters version? Mine had lights and sounds.
Now for potential spoilers and a pet theory... Don't click the spoiler unless you know, you want to be spoilt.
The stardrives they used on the mothership The Resolute were stolen alien technology. The Jupiter engines they use on the Jupiter ships might also be stolen tech modified by humans
One question I have: the characters talk about how if they can get back to the Resolute, they will be able to return to Alpha Centauri but they also stated that they are lost in another galaxy. How is that possible unless the Resolute has some really super super borderline impossible FTL? Another galaxy is impossibly far away from AC even with a very fast FTL drive. Intergalactic FTL probably needs to be a million times faster than interstellar FTL. So the Resolute would not just a FTL drive, it would need a FTL a million times faster than any standard FTL.

It only bothered me because I thought “man, you’d think paper was kind of precious” when you can’t just run to Office Depot to get more. One of the minor annoyances I found was when Maureen was working out calculations on paper and kept crumbling up the papers and throwing them away in frustration over and over.
How many millions of times have we seen that act played out? I actually rolled my eyes over that one. It reminded me of the Brady Bunch episode where Greg was trying to write a song and kept crumbling up the papers in the same way.![]()
And bit of trivia that camera Will uses was not a prop but an actual product you can buy

Dang. I spent the whole time wondering if Mumy was gonna do a cameo. When did he appear?Love it so far. I watched the first two eps. Like it much more than Discovery. Liked the Bill Mumy cameo. Assuming they let him play the real Doctor Smith as a tribute to his friend Johnathan Harris.
toward the end, Don West said he wasn’t born yet when the Columbia space shuttle was destroyed. That was fifteen years ago. So it’s set around at least 20 years or more from how if the character and the actor is the same age.I'm on episode 3 and enjoying so far.
Weirdly, on Earth it's essentially today, but on Jupiter 2 they have loads of futuristic tech like the magic knee brace (perhaps the same one Bruce Wayne had in The Dark Knight Rises!)

Oh, crap. Sounds like another instance of TV writers who don't know the difference between a galaxy and a star system. Why doesn't anyone look this stuff up? It's not that hard.

It's like the writers don't know how big space really is and so think they need to make things in other galaxies to make the stakes big enough.
