And this is Netflix who are most likely prepared to throw a lot of money into the production knowing that this could be quite a big deal. They apparently gave a phenomenal offer to produce Crazy Rich Asians even though they were turned down.

The most thrilling news: James Sie is reprising his role as the Cabbage Merchant!!!!!! Accept no substitutes!
Some other impressive names: Amber Midthunder is Yue, A Martinez is Pakku, Irene Bedard is Yagoda, Hiro Kanagawa is Fire Lord Sozin, Francois Chau is the Great Sage, George Takei is the voice of Koh the Face Stealer, and Kung Fu's Yvonne Chapman is Avatar Kyoshi.
So that's a couple of returning actors, since Takei played a Fire Nation prison warden in the animated series.

This is the first time I've seen any of the cast, only heard/seen a handful of these actors, but they seem like good choices.
