I guess this is bantered about a lot on this site, but now it is time for me to weigh in on this one.
Star Trek Nemesis is the worst Star Trek movie of all time. And in terms of box office, it is the biggest flop.
Star Trek V made about 112 million dollars world wide in 1989. Based on today's dollar that would equate to between 185-215 million dollars depending which measure you use. Nemesis only made 110 million world wide thirteen years later!!! That would come to about 120 million in 2008.
As bad as some of you go after Shatner, Patrick Stewart's acting in Nemesis was as if he mailed it in. I can actually watch Star Trek V. I don't think I will ever watch Nemesis again for as long as I live. I love some of the character moments in V, I can't stand anything about Nemesis. The music is off. There is practically no camera work. And the plot was terrible.
Yes..this is all opinion..mine...but that is how I compare these two movies..
