Need Info about relaunch books please!

Hi Guys! I was just recently rewatching the season 7 finale arc (still get choked up with that final shot of Kira and Jake staring into the wormhole, just brilliant) and, although I've never really read any star trek novels, sort of got curious as to how the story continues. I know there have been books published on the continuation of deep space nine but don't know much about them. I would REALLY appreciate a list of the relaunch books (in the right order) and maybe a one sentence synopsis of each from anyone who's read them.

I'm currently rereading the relaunch books from Avatar to Warpath, and I have to say they are bloody brilliant. They are as good as the series, and sometimes better.

Relaunch was my introduction to Trek books. I had read one or two before without much enthusiasm. I also tried to read Star Wars EU and I failed miserably at that stuff.. but I wanted so much to know what happened after season 7 I bought the first few and I *loved* them. Some of course are better than others but there is some fantastic writing there. The Avatar ones are great, I felt like I was immersed in the series.. I was literally in awe of how good they were.

So uhh.. I think you should enjoy them even if you haven't been a Trek reader before this. They remain the high point of Treklit for me.
