Need help remebering an TNG episode

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to find the title for an episode of TNG where the Enterprise is trapped in orbit above a planet where time was evolving much more quickly than on the Enterprise. The inhabintants of the planet went from being nearly cave men to being more advanced than the Enterprise crew.

I think that was a Voyager episode. Cannot remember the name of it, try the Voyager forum. I'm sure someone will come up with it right away for you.

I could be mistaken, but I'm pretty sure I remeber it being a TNG epsiode. What ended up happening was that the people of that planet (once they reached the point in their evolution that they had technology far superior than Enterprises' crew had), ended up helping the Enterprise crew escape their planets orbit. But Enterprise became part of that planet's culture.

Blink of an Eye.

Voyager episode . The doctor ends up on the planet for three years and the Voyager gets "stuck" for what is thousands of years to their people.

That was an awesome episode, definitely one of Voyager's best.

^You're actually thinking about Voyager there, not The Next Generation. The episode is called "Blink Of An Eye", in the sixth season. It's quite a good episode.
