Need help finding an isssue(s) of Batman

I'm in the early process of putting together a Batman fan film. The basic plot revolves around the Mad Hatter kidnapping Batgirl. Much to my surprise, I read on wikipedia that this happened in the comics. Does anyone know what issue this took place in? It'd be a great help.

It was one of the early Legends of the Dark Knight Halloween specials by Loeb and Sale. This particular one was titled "Madness" - you can pick up the single issue from Amazon, or all three were collected in a TPB called "Haunted Knight". They're all pretty good reads.
