I don't think this would work so well in the US given how different the pronunciations of "law" and "lore" are here.

Why not just be a bunch of people who get together and watch stuff? You can spread the word with posters saying "Star Trek watch party, such-and-such a time and place," and not have to worry about naming yourselves.

I never met a lawyer who did NOT want to make a name for himself/herself!!

Anything with Samuel T. Cogley, refers to the greatest legal mind of Star Trek. However, that Motto is brilliant whether you are a Trek Club or a regular Law Club.

Now on to more important business. What does the initiation entail? Watching a "Spock's Brain" / "And the Children Shall Lead" marathon until they throw up?? [A fitting end, since AtCSL guest starred a famous attorney... Melvin Belli! There is already a Melvin Belli Society, though.]
