I hope they don't kill Ziva. Other than the fact that I like the chemistry between her and Tony, I think that they've had a lot of "season finale deaths" -- already two out of the last five seasons. Maybe that's just hindsight, but it feels like a lot.
I also thought the "up the tree" joke was a much better form than the usual english mush-up; which has started to get a little old (emphasis on the little). Here' she's actually saying the right thing, but it's not interpreted correctly. Seems more natural now that she's been in the US for close to four years.
I also thought that they were setting up Jules as a possible replacement/recurring character. I'm not sure if the chemistry between the characters worked, but I definitely saw some of the "you could be a good NCIS agent eventually" tone in Gibbs and setting her up with McGee was an interesting touch. [Glad that Abby approves, even if she is still sorta jealous...]
And it was good to see Fornell again!
