NCIS: "Into the Zone" 4/29 - Grading & Discussion

So sometimes I watch NCIS on USA HD right before the new episode on CBS. They started from season one and now they're on season two. It's a bit of a jarring shift to go from Kate to post-Kate's-brain-matter Ziva (plus the show seemed a big more serious back then).
Anyway, I don't have anything to say about this new episode since it's currently airing as I type this, but the Charles Durning episode I watched before kicked major ass! I just wanted to say that.

Whatshername with the clean fetish really annoys me. I wouldn't want her backing me up in the field. If I were Tony, I would have asked for Ziva instead.

They did a great job making Baghdad seem incredibly dangerous and ominous even though absolutely nothing happened while our two agents were there.
I could almost shout "Get back in the damn hummer!!!" everytime they stopped and got out.
The clear disgust and distaste the Marine commander there clearly had for escorting a couple of "civilians" around a war zone was a very nice touch.

Great episode. Although I do agree with whoever said there wasn't enough Ducky and Abby. I like it when they're all together.
I loved Gibbs talking to the nervous guy, wouldn't let him go to the bathroom and they he said, "I'm just kidding, you can go".
And yeah, Trippy, Michael Weatherly gets better looking with age.....Jessica Alba traded down if we're going on a strictly looks basis.
Ya know what's funny Aragorn is when Kate left I was so upset and I couldn't even imagine them replacing her....but after getting used to Ziva I really adore her. I think she's great. Cote de Pablo is gorgeous and I think she's got a great way about her. Also, I've been watching some of the older episodes on USA recently, I actually think after watching a few of those that I actually prefer Ziva to Kate. I never thought that would happen! Kate is boring by comparison. I much prefer Ziva with her badass self!

We usually DVR NCIS and watch American Idol. The DVR is a beautiful invention. Although I would probably be OK with missing AI. NCIS, not so much.

Well, aren't you just a bright ray of sunshine?!Ziva will die, and then we'll discover that Blackadder was behind both her death and Kate's death.
I hope Ziva doesn't die but that preview did not look good.....I mean, the episode looks good, it doesn't look good for Ziva. However, I would like to think that when they're killing someone off and it's supposed to be shocking that they wouldn't show it in the preview.
Oh god, if it's the second character there, I'll be pissed at Ausiello for spreading such a crappy rumour.

Cool. Wait. What?Gibbs will die, but Tony will be in an accident that requires plastic surgery. So in an effort to thwart the bad guys behind the master scheme, Tony will have plastic surgery to look like Gibbs. Thus Gibbs is dead but Michael Weatherly is the one that leaves.
I am afraid to read the spoilers....how big are they and since I try to avoid big spoilers should I click on them?
Technically, they sound like those TV guide episode previews.
Hmmmmmmm, I'm still trying to decide if I want to click on them.
