To those yahoos that run the whole " FSU was overrated" garbage, I ask this: when was the last time your favorite team won 29 games in a row?![]()
I watched one FSU game from star to finish. The Notre Dame game.
They gave it to FSU.
How many other come from behind wins, even as a hard core fan do you think you should have won?

I wish they would have lost a game so we could have seen TCU v Ducks.
Can't knock winning on the field, so I don't think they shouldn't have been there, but they were the weakest of the 4 by far and I do think TCU is a better football team.
If my team was undefeated and a conference champ, I'd say they should be there too, even if I knew they were going to lose.
I watched yesterday's game and didn't see the heart of a champion in FSU. They quit.
A fitting tribute to their classless idiot quarterback. His comments in the post game interview should cement him as a 5th round draft pick.
I also lost a little respect for Jimbo Fisher. When Winston lost it on the sideline in the 3rd, yelling at the HC etc, Jimbo should have benched him.
Try watching more games.... and by the way offensive pass interference was the RIGHT call, and one that should have been called on the Irish earlier in the game. The Irish got away with that one, and it resulted in a touchdown. You can't block as an WR before the ball has been caught.
In the end - wins HAVE to count for something, otherwise the whole thing is just a subjective mess.
In each of their come from behind wins, FSU was the best team on the field. Their defense made adjustments, the offense settled down and stopped shooting themselves in the foot, etc.
They proved they were winners over and over and over. They deserved to play, and if you think TCU would have had a better chance at beating Oregon, you're crazy. The Ducks are a massively talented, well oiled machine, and will likely win the whole enchilada.
Last night FSU did give up, and a lot of that rides on Winston. He will stay and play another season, as he needs to mature.
Jimbo has done a magnificent job managing a volatile youth, and there was no reason for him to bench Winston. You don't take out your Heisman winner and replace him with Sean Maguire.
Calling him a classless idiot however shows you have bought into the ESPN smear job. Repeat after me... HE. IS. A. KID. He is from some BFE Alabama who has been under a microscope for well over a year thanks to him stupidly taking a drunk girl back to his apartment. Every little thing he says and does has been analyzed and reanalyzed and blown out of proportion. For heaven's sake ESPN had three paid 'investigators' going through every file the TPD had on the Seminoles team, and they stayed in Tally for over a year! Name me one other program that received that much attention for that long.
