NBC FALL 2011-12 SCHEDULE

Jax

Admiral
Admiral
The first network to show their hand is the peacock network, shall we take a closer look...

MONDAY
The Sing-Off (2 hours) - THE PLAYBOY CLUB

TUESDAY
The Biggest Loser (2 hours) - Parenthood

WEDNESDAY
UP ALL NIGHT – FREE AGENTS - Harry’s Law - Law & Order: SVU

THURSDAY
Community - Parks and Recreation – The Office – WHITNEY – PRIME SUSPECT

FRIDAY
Chuck – GRIMM – Dateline NBC

SUNDAY
Football Night in America - NBC Sunday Night Football

----------------------------------------------------

Got to say there are some real issues with that lineup IMO and NBC have not learn't from their lessons...

I forgot about the Sing Off I have to admit and it will be interesting to see it in a longer format against DWTS but I would of expected it would of done better on tuesday night and not on monday night where CBS sitcoms + DWTS eat up quite a bit of the 18-49 demo

The Biggest Loser really should not be 2 hours and for me they could trim it to 90 mins to put 30 Rock afterwards to lead into fellow younger skewing Parenthood.

Wednesday will be interesting but I expect both sitcoms to get wiped out by X Factor and Harrys Law is far too older skewing to hold the 9pm slot and out of 2 sitcoms.

Community is far to weak to anchor the night and Parks should be doing the job instead, utter maddness. PRIME SUSPECT is on the wrong night and woulod be better off switching with younger skewing Parenthood to be paired with sitcoms.

Not surprised by Chuck getting the friday slot to burn off its 13 episodes though GRIMM is DOA in that slot following Chuck.

NBC 2012 MID-SEASON HIGHLIGHTS

SUNDAY
Dateline NBC – The Celebrity Apprentice – THE FIRM

MONDAY
The Voice (2 hours) – SMASH

Smart to move Celeb Apprentice back an hour to allow a new 10pm show and Mondays should do even better in midseason IMO. I wonder when 30 Rock will air and it does look like the 6th will be the last for Tine Fey and co.

I'm done with Chuck so that means I'll only be trying out Grimm and Prime Suspect. NBC still sucks. Looks like they are saving Awake/RM for midseason.

NBC sucks less than every other network, though. It's the only channel with shows that still mildly interest me. I haven't watched another network since LOST went off the air.

Chuck is moving to Fridays? Oh dear.
This is going to be its last season anyway, and it likely only got this order because of a very low license fee from Warners so that they can get the show over 88 episodes for syndication purposes. It's not as if there was any chance of a sixth season, so the move to Friday makes sense.

Chuck, Grimm, The Playboy Club, SVU, Prime Suspect, and The Office for me. That'll leave me a lot of free time on the DVR for better channels!

There is nothing on NBC fall lineup I plan to watch, I only watch 30 Rock from them. I might start Chuck in the summer but I will be at season 1 then of course and not 5.

I expect UP ALL NIGHT,FREE AGENTS, Harry’s Law and Grimm to join Chuck in the fall as bye bye forever shows

The Playboy Club - 1st Season
Prime Suspect - 1st Season

I'm surprised they didn't start Awake in the fall and put in on Friday. Looks like Grimm is going to go up against Fringe or Supernatural... or both. NBC is borderline retarded.

Grimm is the only NBC show I'm interested in for the Fall and I'll probably have to watch it on demand (because I have Fringe & Supernatural at 8. maybe FOX or CW will move one of those...lol).

I will be checking out the Firm & Awake at midseason. You know, it would have been cool if NBC had put Awake in the Fall. I saw a preview clip of it and it looks interesting. Oh well. I'll check it out when it pops up...

NBC's scripted shows cancelled in the 2010/2011 season:

One Hour

Friday Night Lights - 5 seasons
Chase - 1 season
The Cape - 1 season
The Event - 1 season
Law & Order: Los Angeles - 1 season
Love Bites - 1 season (will be burned off this summer)
Outlaw - 1 season
Undercovers - 1 season

Half-hour

Friends with Benefits - 1 season (not scheduled)
Outsourced - 1 season
The Paul Reiser Show - 1 season
Perfect Couples - 1 season

Looks like Thursday night is the only night I'll be recording or watching anything on NBC. And if the Office can't recover from losing Carrell and 30 Rock continues to slide the only things on that night will be Parks and Community.
