Fingers crossed! So long as they survive the landing and the first few days, these machines - Russian or American - have a pretty good record of keeping on working longer than planned or hoped.

Let's hope so, but I seriously doubt it. It's onw thing surviving for a few years in the reletively cmfortable temperatures that the two rovers have, it's wuite another surviving a martian winter, but fingers crossed....
