I could see that as a reasonable prospective sideline of MU Spock. Working in a realm that deals with very cultured, sophisticated, and creative objects, but doing so in a way that defines a Vulcan form of piracy and criminality.
Back to the main course,with no more guesses being extended, I figured I would give it a go. Because, the good LadyT'Anna attempt was in DS9, which I believe she knows more than a little bit about, we're not talking about TNG here. So, I venture into terra incognito and hope that this is an episode with a special twist, maybe a character I do know somewhat. I don't know how many of those instances cropped up during the show's run, but checking guest appearance citations, I found one with not one of my favorite TNG players, but what the hell, I gave it a look.
So in striking gold, I think, I have to thank Lady T'Anna for saving me from what would have been an even lengthier TNG
search and a vain one.

Captain Ahab to Lily, First Contact (film).
Next clue: not a quote but a reference to something or someone that causes a chroniton flux of .003.

Wow, a lot of people in a lot of episodes said things like "We don't have time for this" and "There's no time for this." Nope. The hint is: it's from a 2-parter.
Tom says it 3 times in VOY's Basics pt II as the Kazon approach his shuttle.
If this isn't it, I can at least say I have ruled out TNG, DS9 and VOY (I think). Now, do any of these additional 3 utterances gain me entry into the Think Tank?

I feel a certain confidence in saying what's being referenced here is what happens when Relativity inserts someone into a different timeframe as seen in the episode of the same name. By the way, I've long wondered how Janeway knew the ship's name when she was beamed aboard. AFAICR, their wouldn't have been anyone who knew that information that could have told her. Unless, Braxton mentioned it in Future's End, but I don't recall that.
Anyway, as my reward, I will submit this epochal (i'll regret using that word) but rather prosaic line.

When I read LLAP's clue, I immediately thought of TNG's classic swan song - I'm talking about of course, Sub Rosa, I mean All Good Things. Or is this being too "on the nose"?

Yep I always remember it because of the bizarre way he says it lol. Impressed you got it first time!
As you can see, Leadhead's last clue has left me doubting everything!
Now, I realize there's a chance that it was actually said by Mama Crusher dressing her son for the Academy, or Dukat to Sisko as they danced in Duet, or maybe DS9's House of Quark or Voyager's Prophecy, but I'm going with ENT: T'Pol to Jonathon as he was about to address the founding of the UFP.
