FWIW I have seen Riker utter the first line in another context (Frame of Mind), but the whole quote with reply still eludes me.

OK, we're almost a week in, so I think I have to offer something that's not too oblique. What i tried to point you towards, Triskelion, with your previous attempts, is that the speakers are a male and female. Now add that to the other feature you mentioned in your Matter of Perspective guess, I think you, and others, will be quite a way to the glory land. If not, I might have to start eliminating series, which I'm really loath to do. Meanwhile, I'll try to think of another clue that is also substantive, but doesn't pretty much wave the white flag.
Okay, so we know it's a male and female, based on the above post it's likely that one or both of the speakers are holograms, possibly holograms of main cast members. This leaves us with TNG, DS9 and VOY as our most likely series.

I can tell you the purple along the right margin is no robe (look closer), and Kai Opaka is nowhere to be found here.
