How about drums.
Drums appear in "The Wolf in the Fold" planet-side for the purpose of entertainment/amusement with spectators of course.
Kirk references drums ship-side in "This Side of Paradise" when he says something about "we must march to the sound of drums".
In "Omega Glory" drums are shown at the end for the primitive (non futuristic) tribal formal use, and not for entertainment.
