The decompression chamber used in Space Seed and The Lights of Zetar.

 

Remember this is a 2 object guess, and the decompression chamber did not have a duplicate that isn't high tech that I am aware of so it doesn't fit clue #2, however it does fit my new clue #3 but it's not the correct object. Clue 3 below.

Yeah. The "Gem" specimen tubes were redressed freezing tubes from the Jupiter 2 set and would not have been available for Trek to rent for "Mirror Mirror" since Lost In Space was still in production at that time.

How about the Gym and the Theater sets?
1. Bigger than a bread box. Only seen in two episodes: Charlie X and COTK. Same room/set. The theater was the gym with stage and seats added.
2. The gym is higher tech with strange wall mounted equipment, while the theater is low tech with old Shakespeare plays.
3. Death is a common theme in Shakespeare plays, and possible phaser death, too. Exercise in the gym can extend your life and make you healthier.
4. The theater is a stage that is acted upon. The gym has exercise action like wrestling or gymnastics.
5. The theater is the climax scene for the episode, COTK. The gym is where Charlie first reveals his enormous power to vanish people and objects.

 

Henoch you should get a special commendation for your thought process and fitting those sets into the clues I have provided, I didn't realize those sets were the same, however and unfortunately, your reply is incorrect!

The SS Botany Bay and Woden?

1) Space Seed and The Ultimate Computer
2) The Botany Bay is a cryogenic freezer, with long term space flight, whereas the Woden is simply an ore freighter.
3) The Botany Bay takes lives into space. The ore freighter has ore which is vital for some situations.
4) The Botany Bay is launched, its people frozen. (And subsequently reawakened.) The Woden is automatically run.
5) The Botany Bay starts up the Khan/advanced human plot rolling. The Woden's destruction begins the ball rolling with M5's autonomous destructive acts.

 

Methuselah Flint another commendation for you! I had to lookup both those vessels and yes they are same object, however incorrect.

The asteroid from "The Paradise Syndrome" and Yonada, the asteroid space ship of the Fabrini carrying their people to their new world from "For The World Is So Hollow And I Have Touched The Sky". Both bigger than a bread box, both were identical props/mattes/images, of course the asteroid is low/no tech and will kill if it hits the planet in about 2 months (countdown), the asteroid ship is high tech and is saving the lives of the decendants of the Fabrini. In fact Yonada will also kill, hits Daran Five in 369 days (countdown) if not course corrected and both are major plot objects in their episodes. The obelisk's ray acts upon the asteroid to deflect it's path, the asteroid ship is atomic powered and is on auto command by it's navigational computer. The asteroid in Paradise's diameter was stated by Spock to be about the size of our moon (2,158.8 miles) 10x larger than the Yonada ship at 200 miles across.
