Name That STAR TREK Episode...

I think I'm being accused of being obscure! Would it help if I told you that the title contains a paradox?

Tomorrow is Yesterday?
Ding ding ding! We have a winner!

Spock and an Earthman discover they share similar beliefs.
Christopher says he doesn't believe in little green men. Spock says he doesn't either.
It turns out all things are relative. Christopher himself has no historical significance, but his as-yet-unbegotten son does.
There are some things you can't retrain a man to do. When McCoy suggests Christopher could be retrained to function in the 23rd century, Kirk asks if you can retrain a man to forget his family. Christopher says, quite definitely, no.
The paradox in the title is obvious.

sekundant, you have the honor of coming up with the next episode and clue!

Ohh, thank you very much Brennyren! I don't know why, as a child I believed that the story has a real life back round. Too much comic can be dangerous for the innocent child soul.
I had a honor once to ask, is there anyone who wants ask but could not give a correct answer until now? If you feel addressed here is your chance! Please be hurry.

The show must go on!

Here's my first clue:

A famous line that would likely have been dismissed nowadays as containing racist overtones.
