Man, lots of evil. But nope, nope, nope.

    Clue #2: Lies

    Clue #1: Evil

KIRK: No, wait! There's a better way. Does not your sacred book promise that good is stronger than evil?
SIRAH: (the woman who had been captured with Cloud William) Yes, it is written. Good shall always destroy evil.

    Clue #2: Lies
TRACEY: I'm afraid I have some bad news. Your captain and landing party must have beamed down too late for full immunization.
They've been found unconscious, but I'm doing everything I can for them now.
    and
TRACEY: Would a man know your holy words? Would a man use them to trick you? See his servant? His face, his eyes, his ears? Do the Yang legends describe this servant of the evil one?

    The Alternative Factor?
    1. It starts to dawn on us that one Lazarus is good and the other is evil, wanting to destroy both universes.
    2. Lazari both lie; at least the antimatter Lazarus comes clean with the truth at the end to Kirk.

    Ha, ha, no.
    This should do it:

    1- Evil
    2- Lies
    3- Kaleidoscope

    Good guess, but nope!

    1- Evil
    2- Lies
    3- Kaleidoscope
4- My enemy is my ally.

    "DAY OF THE DOVE"?

    The being seems evil.
Lies are created to make the hate between everyone continue.
The being looks like a kaleidoscope.
Kirk and Kang, enemies, realize their real enemy is it.

The Way to Eden? (only because Day of the Dove was just taken which I think is the real answer)
    1. Dr. Sevrin and maybe Adam could be evil if you look at their "ends justify the means" actions to get to Eden, i.e. kill the crew of the Enterprise.
    2. They use lies and deception to preach to the crew about peace etc., but are planning to take over the ship.
    3. Kaleidoscope implies "psychedelic", which the space hippies life style supports.
    4. Irina adjusts the sonics not to kill.

All Our Yesterdays? Spock and McCoy were not synchronized with their time-period and that's why they would eventually die. Plus Spock was not himself.

    The Tholian Web?
    1. The timeline is off by about 100 years between the two universes if you combine TOS with ENT. (This answer probably violates the rules of the game, but I throw it out anyway.)

That wouldn't be the first time a clue referred to something outside of the series, even of ST in general.
