Name That STAR TREK Episode...

Not Gideon.
New clue added.
1st Clue: Your professional opinion is wrong!
2nd Clue: Must follow transporter procedures!
3rd Clue: A real bad ass!

4th Clue: And this setting kills!

5th Clue: Best assistant ever!

Dagger Of The Mind:
1st Clue: Your professional opinion is wrong!

NOEL: Beam neutralizing has been experimented with on Earth, Captain. I'm not acquainted with this particular style of equipment, but I can assure you that Doctor Adams has not created a chamber of horrors here.
Later we find that the chamber is a chamber of horrors.
2nd Clue: Must follow transporter procedures!
Transporter technician Berkeley didn't understand why he couldn't beam down cargo until Kirk reminded him.
3rd Clue: A real bad ass!
A double clue. Firstly, the charming Helen Noel shows her toughness when she kicks the guard into the high-power circuit and fries him. Secondly, we get a good view of her bloomer butt as she crawls through the ventilation ducts.
4th Clue: And this setting kills!
MCCOY: He's dead, Captain.
NOEL: The machine wasn't on high enough to kill.
But the machine did kill Adams at the setting.
5th Clue: Best assistant ever!
KIRK: Mister Spock, you tell McCoy that she had better check out as the best assistant I ever had.
In the end, she turned out to be key to defeating Adams.

Thank you!:)

FYI: For the next game, I selected the episode with a random number generator. So it could be ANYTHING! :D

Initial clue:

1) Some people might have expected some tap dancing.

Helen Noel shows her toughness when she kicks the guard into the high-power circuit and fries him.

Quick fact: Helen Noel is the only woman in the Enterprise crew who actually kills another person one-on-one (even though it sort of by accident) in the whole TOS series.

I think only two women died during the whole series and many more men!!

I assume you mean only Enterprise crew. I count Doctor Elizabeth Dehner by Gary Mitchell and Yeoman (no first name) Thompson by Rojan.

In The Paradise Syndrome, Miramanee dies shortly after the closing credits, but she's not a crew member. The woman on Memory One dies, too. And so does Kirk's sister-in-law, Aurelan. I think the rest are Fem-bots (Andrea and Rayna). Maybe there are others?

Yeah, you're right. I meant among the crew.

And the Lt. that was taking the psychological tricorder reading of Scotty in "WOLF IN THE FOLD", so that is at leadt 3 women of the Enterprise crew.

And on "SHORE LEAVE", Angela Martine was shot in the back, and appeared dead, but given how McCoy was healed she probably was healed, too.

Yes, you found a third for sure; Lieutenant Karen Tracy. :techman: Angela probably got shot, but as discussed on this site, maybe she just ran into the tree. In any case, she didn't permanently die, unlike the other three.
