Sandoval wants to take McCoy's Doctor title away -hence the Mister clue- and give him another job assignment.

McCoy was hanging out under a tree in a pasture with a big mint julep cocktail in one hand.
Clue 3: Time to deal with a canned leader?
McCoy tells Sandoval he'd better be a mechanic so he can treat little tin Gods like Sandoval.

McCoy was relaxing in a pasture and under a tree (botany) enjoying his southern mint julep (made with the help of chemistry and botany) and the spores (chemistry and botany) were making his speech have a Southern drawl. "For shore, Jimmy Boy" ~ McCoy.

McCoy uses one hand to punch Sandoval. He doesn't put his mint julep cocktail down or spill a drop! haha
Clue 7: Our hero has his feelings hurt and reacts thusly.
McCoy's feelings were hurt when Sandoval told him he wasn't needed as a doctor.

1. Spock is not acting like his normal self, rather he is reverting back to his warlike barbarian ways.
2. McCoy is being choked out.
3. McCoy was more affected by the cold than Spock.
4. It is happening 5,000 years in the past.

@Henoch Yes you are correct! For #3, I also thought that since Spock's Vulcan was reverted to 5,000 years in the past, wouldn't McCoy's "human race" manners be reverted 5,000 years also? He seemed more normal and didn't revert that much.

That's what I thought. I'm sure it's 'gods'. The transcripts online say that, but I haven't an actual script to verify.
