From the radar HUD in the top right corner I would have to say that this is an Aliens game. The setting is in a factory or industrial area. So I'm going to guess Alien 3 for the Sega Genesis.

I don't know whether this pic is from the genesis version particularly, but yes, it is Alien 3.

(I tried the demo on the Amiga, enjoyed it but never got around to buying the full game)
