It's part of the special (and really freaking trippy) cutscene that happens when you transfer an Arceus over to HG/SS and take it to the Ruins of Alph. That's why I said most people will never see it, since most people don't have an Arceus, and don't know to transfer it over.

BTW, I'm deriving a sick sense of pleasure from the fact that I pissed off every single one of you.
