Close, but not quite! The first Actua Soccer with its groundbreaking 3D engine was released one year before the title in question.

I don't think those are objectives, but rather text commands inputted by the user, such as in Hugo's House of Horrors. I think this is Little Computer People, which was basically The Sims, only a decade and a half earlier.

I captured the image from a YouTube video of the game, and the player couldn't figure out how to command the character so he started giving crazy orders. Apparently, you have to say "please" before each command, which is something I didn't know when I had the game and had similar difficulty commanding the little computer person.

It looks like a Microprose flight sim, but with slightly better graphics than any I remember so I'd guess one of the later ones. F-15 Strike Eagle III?

Look like one of the Falcon games, I'm going to say Falcon 4.0, but the sky and ground graphics look a bit lacking for it to be that...but that's all i can think of at present.
