Time and Again
Tom tells the kid he eats people. For a second he is in both past and present.

Everyone on the planet, man, woman, and child, is wearing a matching corset over their shirt
2- So soon and were are outdoors again. It is more fun, but more complicated
This episode was filmed on location, which was very soon after Caretaker, which also filmed on location
3- Posing as a monster is not against the Prime Directive.
Janeway lectures Paris on the Prime Directive and orders him not warn the people. Immediately after this, Paris scares off the kid by telling him he eats children and is hungry
4- A good journalist is brave
The kid is a fearless reporter, and all about his job. He also says "I'm not scared of you."
5- A character is the first to know, but the captain figures it out before this character
Kes has a vision and knows about the destruction before Voyager arrives, but Janeway ends up figuring it out a day earlier.
6- A polite way of saying "We're broke. Thank you for your time."
Paris is approached by the store owner of the clock. Instead of saying he is not interested or broke, he says "A fair price. Maybe I'll be back later" after learning the time.
7- "That's not how the telepathy works!"
Kes has visions of the planet wide destruction. Neelix is critical of her and tries to explain that telepathy doesn't work that way, and she may be imagining it.
8- He has one foot in the past, but is focused on the present.
Paris is standing in the past and present for a moment.
9- It's pronounced "Kal-toh"
Janeway tells people that her and Paris are from Kalto province.
10- The episode is early in the season, but also in the middle of a season.
This is one of the first few episodes of season 1, but season 1 didn't begin until after the mid-season break in January.
