How about another clue?

 

Now I'm thinking about Remember Me because sharing strong emotions and silence isn't golden makes sense for that. But struggling to figure out how that applies to the ditty or Data.

There's so many episodes that any one of these clues can apply to but can't think of any with both a song or dance and sharing of strong emotions.

Clue #3 Sometimes silence isn't golden? If Mr. Hohm spoke he could've saved a lot of hassle.
Clue# 4: Sharing of strong emotions can be very helpful When Lwaxana was being tortured her emotions drove Troi and Riker to use Clue #1 to save them.
Clue #5: The French? are they involved. - The title a little play on a kinky French Phrase.
Clue #6: Good picnic spots are hard to find, or maybe not. Riker and Troi think they've found the quietest most isolated spot, until her mother comes with Mr. Hohm.
