"Redemption II"?
Picard and Sela are talking on the Enterprise, and both are different characters... Picard and Yar chat on the Enterprise, and Picard from the alternate reality IS a different character due to the war, and obviously Sela and Yar are different despite both versions of each being played the same actor and actress... from "Yesterday's Enterprise", which her being alive makes her arc a sequel to that episode and also because of her shadow appearance in "The Mibd's Eye", and it's part 2 of "Redemption".
