I can’t for the life of me remember what the name of character, species, or episode for a specific alien. He/they showed up exactly once in one scene. He was this green glistening amphibious-looking alien whose flat nose area would puff up (presumably via little balloons under the latex) when he’d get emotional. He was on Voyager for questioning I think and was very timid and easily manipulated by Janeway. Ring any bells?
