Canada- because young people shouldn't need a passport to take advantage of Canada's lower drinking age.

Three countries? We need to get Puerto Rico statified first. And we have other territories that we should make honest states of, too.

Because of those things the USA that those first world countries don't have.
So they can enjoy the following
A (potentially) higher murder per capita rate
Overpriced medical care
Politicans who shut down the Government when they don't get their way
Officals who refuse to obey the law by not issuing marriage licesnes when it disagrees with their beliefs.
etc..
Don't get me wrong there are lots of things countires can learn from America but the reverse is also true.
Because of those things the USA that those first world countries don't have.
So they can enjoy the following

Grand Cayman
The Bahamas.
They're close enough and make for great vacation spots. Cuba could sure use some cash and help with infrastructure. The other two don't really need us that much, but they sure have a lot of Americans there already.
