Na'Kuhl

We know from Star Trek: Enterprise "Stormfront" Part I and II that the Na'kuhl came from the 29th century and were a faction in the Temporal Cold War. But do we know where in the Milky Way Galaxy they originated? Alpha, Beta, Delta, Gamma quadrant?

We wouldn't even know what they were called, if somebody hadn't leaked the script...

They could be a super-evolved version of a race already around, or maybe if they've always been screwing around with time-travel - they might exist as a paradox or just created themselves in someway. Engineered to cope with the horrific side-effects that killed Daniels (again).

Cool ideas there. And by the 29th century, all of the Galaxy might be counted as the same 'hood, considering that several major players from the era apparently have mastered both superfast space travel and time travel; things like "homeworlds" and "places of origin" might have lost most of their meaning.

The Na'Kuhl might also be a political faction rather than a biological species; we didn't see many individuals, and it might well be that others would look drastically different and be obviously from other species. It should also be considered that the individuals we saw were masquerading for tactical purposes...

Really, with this little information to go by, the sky is no limit to speculation.

I thought the 8472 were locals - they just happened to be from another universe hiding beneath ours?

^Depends which episode you watched. The writers were somewhat inconsistant with their terminology.

Here's a weirder possibility. Since the TCW was initiated from an alternate timeline where Lenin was assassinated (where "Storm Front" takes place), it's possible the Na'Kuhl don't even exist in our regular Trek timeline.

As manipulators of time, they may originate from a reality vastly different from even the version of Earth we saw Vosk meddling in.

The fact they tried to prevent Subilians from attaining sentience suggests they are from our part of the galaxy unless they were once a major race throughout a good chunk of the galaxy or they became a major race after the 24th.
