I have a limited concept of space travel, which involves a shell of influence you continuously extend to allow you to traverse the galaxy at the rate equivalent to which the solar system travels around the center of the galaxy or the galaxy away from the center of the universe... being close to the speed of light

I guess warp 1 would be your shell traversing the zones of travel at the speed of light
so... perhaps there is hope.
I still wonder if the plasma Flux resonance emitter could stretch the space.... allowing for a stretch of something that is not there...
if by some resonance emission sequencing of submersion there would be an aversion of normal space...
but even with limited certificates in science I know this would be illogical to state possibilitity of occurance of a anomaly of something requiring levels of previous study remaining untested
thereby I am un able to make any accertation that such manipulation or fabric even exists to which to manipulate and create a shell moving faster than space would normally allow.
It is common place to much of the conceptual designs I've run through and contemplated to find supposes and ahahas, and have no substance to which to make abound any ground toward delivery of anything to which concepts had predicted would be of possibile.
It would be a recant, had I not the fortitude of my human upbringing to hold fast to strong willed desire of exploration. It is to be remarked that although all have no foundaton in practicality nor hold testing of technology to merit theory, concepts allow for such things when based with some previously held science learnings.
Much would be to the dismay of the beholder of desire for star trek, that although plasma, quanta, antimatter with electronic fields may bring great leaps in delivery of similar technologies. It is to be by this perciever a stretch of what may have been possible, and may hold technologies stretched to far for this century. Limited in positioning and stricken with illness I find self to be not the source of study of these technologies. Even though deemed and supposed and fathomed about and adapted in mind to be possible having determined many possibilities of enactment... but concepts they remain and I recant that our generation will build a place such as a federation amongst the stars.
