I was leaning towards you having a bad memory, but yeah I threw it out there as a possibilityOMG YOU CALLED ME A LIAR. Rude. Two or three times wasn't a definate answer but it has most certainly been an EXTREMELY rare occurance for me. Maybe I'm lucky? I don't know but I hardly ever have to update.
Sorry, my mistake then. And I do appreciate the girlie pics, even if sometimes I'm not thrilled about the individual girlies.Yoda, no comment was directed at you... well, other than the one that had your screen name. That one was directed at you.
We actually agree on a lot of things here.
See here's the thing, if you've got a bunch of different codecs installs on your PC, then you can tell PS3 Media Server which one to use for transcoding. I've got five of 'em and if one of them doesn't work one of the others usually will. I'm serious here, like I said, I use this feature every single day quite a bit and it works great for me.This isn't completely true. It depends on the file. Anime viewers (such as my self) will almost always get a "file can not be read" error because of the nature of how they encode it into MKV. As a matter of fact, even with .avi I have plenty of files that won't play. The problem is that you can't install codecs and the like into your PS3 so there are many files that won't work even if they are supportedIf you use PS3 Media Server to stream your files it'll automatically mux MKV to MP4 (same codec, different container) so it'll play just fine on the PS3. I use this feature every day.

You know what else we have on this board? A guy who spends hours a week compiling photos for 'genre babes', a clear sign of having poor contact with the opposite sex in real life, and then calls other people girl-starvedAnd once again another threads descends into a pointless 360/PS3 wang rubbing contest.
I don't even know why people are even bring the 360 up in this discussion, it was not in the OP question and had nothing to do with the topic.![]()
Do you know anyone who is so fanatical about his or her political beliefs that they can basically list it as their religion? On this board there are a few 360 owners who are like that.![]()
People actually care about exclusives? Wow....
I could care less about them. A game is a game is a game. I just want to play it. NOTHING in the gaming world is exclusive and I can't believe people still fall for that. Eventually, every game shows up on another console. I don't see a problem with that.
If I were to link a bunch of generic Atari 2600 cartridge art, would that convince you to buy one?![]()
