2-3 years on and off.... But did a major redesign at the start of this year and am using elements from my previous design (which never got finished) I should actually post some of that on here because it's all on Scifi-meshes.com.

Yeah I've done house floor plans, TOO MANY, as I am a Building Designer by trade (Not as flash as an Architect and nowhere near the pay sadly haha)

Been putting a a bit more detail into Deck C, but as you can see, there still a few blank rooms and unfinished areas.

Hi everybody, Ive been working on my Daedalus class deck plans the last couple of days, let me know what you think. Also, do you all prefer the black backgrounds or should I go back to the white background.

I kinda like the black BG. Though I have to say, I think the watermarking method you're using is a bit over the top. Also, I can't seem to find any images where the callouts are large enough to be legible.

Yeah I agree the Watermarking is "intense" and I should probably dial it down a bit haha. Im trying to work out a way to label the different rooms without it being too cluttered, several ideas ive been thinking of are a numbered legend with just numbers appearing on the plan, or callout lines with the labels out in the space around the deckplan.

The labels that are on there for now are mainly for my own benefit, and its really only the bridge stations that arent readable on the Downloadable image on Deviant-art.

Theres not much here different except I dialed down the watermarks.

Im still trying to work out my favourite method of doing the callouts.
