My New Website

Harmon Bokai

Captain
Captain
Having banished myself from Word Forge a couple of weeks back, I decided to put my money where my mouth is and come up with my own site.

Bob's House of Evil is now open for beta testing. I still have a ton of writing work to do — front end of the site is merely a humor facade, but you get the idea. And of course, the forum is up and running, here.

So if you are so inclined, you're welcome to join.

I just wanted to note that is a joke front end for my new forum, which can be found here.

Right now, it's still in final development, but people can feel free to sign up register and post.

Eventually, we'll have lots of fun like weekly Troll Pinata events and more. And of course, we're looking for a couple of stern, but fair mods. And they only need to wear black leather some of the time.

Drop me a PM here or there if you're interested.

Well. This IS an interesting development. I shall join up when I get home. And I offer my services in whatever capacity.

I, too, have tried to take a step back from Wordforge, but I've had limited success, at best. :(

To get my daily fix of arguing with imaginary people, I've taken to hanging out at Trollkingdom, but the Spam factor there is overwhelming, and Starscape, which is interesting, but very light on traffic. That, right there, is going to be your challenge--building enough traffic to have a community.

(I'm not entirely sure why I haven't felt compelled to come back here. I really should at least to check out the vBulletin switch. )

No shit. I can't comprehend why so many people would want to spam so much.

The super Tuesday thread is still on page one.

Traffic is always the challenge, but you just have to be patient as a Web master and do the little things.

Like offer cash bribes.
