I swear I don't see my city grow. I've seen cities from here with less population and more multi-storey buildings than I have.
I think the site just crashed. I made it through all but two people when it did.Trying to do rounds, but getting a lot of error messages like "Error : mysql@request" and "Error : Invalid request" and when I do get through it doesn't always let me leave a message. Oh well, I did get through to most people.

So to get the most efficient city you should aim to have all of the "<bases com="0" env="0" ind="0" sec="0" tra="0"/>" numbers the same, or something?
Notice that in my xml above I need industry (unemployment=1) and transport (transport = 99) and security (criminality=1 the lousy blastards).<city>
