I like Transformers & MLP:FiM...plus DC comics stuff and a ton of other "boy" crap...and some "girl" stuff too.

It would help if we didn't keep labelling things "boy stuff" and "girl stuff" in the first place, but from what I see around here everyone's happy enough to keep enforcing gender norms so they can sleep at night.

I know, but he's made essentially the same post about 50 times and seems to home in on every single discussion of the show so he can keep on saying "grr doz not likezzz!!" repeatidly with no additional comment. It's getting rather old and telling of him that he seems to stalk Pony discussion.

As is pretty much their jobs in hardly different than any other show producer.... And it's not like she did it for a "I want 20-year-old men without kids to watch this" sort of way but more in a "I want fathers to be able to sit down and watch this with their kids, as good parents should, and not wish death upon themselves."

It's the same reason the Disney/Pixar movies have stuff in them for adults to like, so the adults get some entertainment out of it all too.

I doubt Miss PonyMaster intended for single, childless, 25-year-old men to be raving, drooling, lunatics over this show.

Some Bronies treat the woman as if she is great Messiah of cartoon tv! A wondrous woman full of gold, love and heart who made awesome.

She's not.

She's a TV-show creator deemed with the task of making a show to appeal to as wide of an audience as possible in order to generate high-level of ad revenue and move toys. That she was, somehow, able to make men out their willingly fall in love with a show about freakin' cartoon pastel-colored ponies is just a bonus.

I know, for someone annoyed at the Ponies presence, he appears in every-single-pony-thread and posts away in it start to finish even when the Bronies can't be bothered to, its kind of cute and annoying at the same time.

It is, but you're still the angriest person in these discussions and really one of the most hateful of the show, so I'm truely baffled as to why you want to come into every single thread and subject yourself to hundreds of posts, images, footage etc of something you hate so much, its not healthy dude.

I don't think it is everywhere and other than here and BK...I haven't encountered it before.

I started a thread about the show on another forum and got no responses...and it is a bigger forum than here.

Well, on another forum I visit, there's a thread, started in mid-August, with almost 6,000 posts and half a million views about MLP. Then again, there's a thread about kpop with almost 40,000 posts and over 5 million views and I'd never heard about that before I started visiting that forum.

Before MLP was "introduced" here in TNZ originally, I'd never heard of it. And aside from that somewhat brief period months ago of excessive posting about it, it's been pretty rare outside of the relevant threads in my opinion, avatars and signatures aside.
