Nope, didn't make it myself, unless resizing it counts? I'm lazy and only have GIMP, so fairly limited in my gif and jpg making abilities.

I've found the GIMP to be almost perfect for making avatars -and pretty awesome when it comes to animated ones!

No, it's not. I only really know the fourth and the second to last one. It's sad if you've never seen the actual show before. So I am pretty sad. I'd like to see some doctor who, although it probably doesn't show in the US.
