Isn't the costume great? I'm afraid I don't know very many details about this photo, in terms of where it was taken or who the girl is. But I saw it on another board and thought it deserved a caption. I did actually find a thread from the prop designer, and I think it's his daughter in the pic. It's here, though I'm not sure it'll be useful cause when I first looked at it, I couldn't see any of the pics cause the user had exceeded his bandwidth. But if I ever need prop work done, I might hire him.
