I knew there was a reason I hated him.
Not to put a crimp in anyone's getting a hate on for Howard, lo these many years later, but this one's just sort of odd (and only partly because it's not even a very good fake.)
Ok, so who is this? -from where I'm sitting he's either some conservative politician trying hard to look like 'a man of the people' or he's the leader of a big union speaking to the members... I don't think I've ever seen him before; simply can't place him...

He was the leader of the Democratic National Committee. The picture was taken in ...2007(?) during his bid for the Democratic presidential nomination. But, yea, he was doing the trying hard to look like 'a man of the people'.
