After downloading this game, I must say it is one of the most fun RPG's I've ever played despite the rather steep difficulty and sometimes infuriating controls.
I'm not sure what the plot is, because I got a computer virus and had to do a system restore before I could escape the first dungeon. What I experienced before a free manga website turned nasty on me was, however, awesome.
After spending what feels like forever choosing your race, class, stats and other things, you are finally dropped in the first dungeon. The game is eerie; I was about to jump out of my skin after encountering a few monsters and hearing the ambient sounds. The music is pretty generic stuff, but it does help fill the otherwise mostly quiet game.
However, the controls may drag down impatient players; your character moves slightly slower than your average snail, and you have to move the mouse very slowly and deliberately to attack, or the motion won't register. I died and witnessed the actually very well-animated death cutscene twice before I figured out how to attack.
